A luxury high-grade acrylic waterproofing system engineered to provide advanced negative-side moisture protection for concrete walls and substrates not directly exposed to standing water.
The LC-R Negative Waterproofing System operates through three integrated stages: LC-R IN 220 — a waterproofing admixture added directly to the concrete mix to reduce permeability; LC-R IN 009 — a penetrating acrylic primer that enhances adhesion and regulates surface absorption; and LC-R IN 210 — a high-performance acrylic coating applied in two coats to form a flexible moisture-control barrier.
Designed to minimize moisture migration from within concrete structures, the system strengthens substrate resistance while maintaining long-term durability under demanding conditions.

Waterproofing
Add the waterproofing additive to the concrete mix at a rate of 2 liter per cement bag.
After concrete curing, clean the surface thoroughly from dust and dirt.
Apply one coat of the water-based acrylic primer at 1 liter per 5 m².
After the primer , apply two coats only of the acrylic negative waterproofing coating.
Allow the surface to dry completely before use.
Concrete Additive: 2 liter per cement bag.
Acrylic Primer:1 liter per 5 m² (one coat).
Negative Acrylic Waterproofing Coating: 1 liter per 1 m² (two coats).
Primer: 24hours.
