1. Clean the floor thoroughly from dust, grease, and old paints; grind or sand the surface if necessary.
2. Repair cracks or holes with suitable epoxy filler.
3. Mix components (A + B) according to the manufacturer’s recommended ratio.
4. Add high-quality thinner in the specified amount to achieve the required viscosity.
5. Apply 2 or more coats using roller .
6. Allow sufficient drying time between coats.
7. Let the coating fully cure before subjecting it to traffic or heavy loads.
8. For outdoor applications, apply a Polyurethane Clear Coat for UV protection.
Thin With thinner as needed
3 – 5 m²/L(depending on substrate condition and number of coats)
Touch dry: 6 –8 hours.
Fully dry: 24hours.
Full curing: 7days.
